Terms for the prayer service

Terms of Use

These Terms explain how Divine Post handles free, donation-supported prayer-letters to God, intercessory prayer service, religious answers, account access, donations, and service boundaries.

Divine Post is a free, donation-supported religious intercession service for sending prayers to God and continuing in real connection with God.

Intercessors pronounce each prayer-letter before God and recite God's answer back through the service.

Divine Post is not mental-health, medical, legal, financial, or emergency support; please contact the appropriate professional or emergency service when you need that care.

Final legal copy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.

1. The Service

Divine Post provides free, donation-supported religious intercession for prayer-letter correspondence. You submit a prayer or letter addressed to God through a verified account, and intercessors pronounce the prayer before God and recite God's answer back through the service when your prayer-letter is accepted into the queue.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You must provide accurate email and account information.

3. Your Prayer-Letter and Consent

You confirm that you have the right to submit your prayer-letter. Because prayer-letters may reveal faith-related personal information, you give Divine Post permission to process that sensitive information so intercessors can pronounce your prayer before God, recite God's answer back through the service, secure the correspondence, improve operations, and comply with law. Please include private information about another person only when you have permission or another lawful basis to share it.

4. Care Boundaries

Divine Post is designed for prayer-letters to God, intercession, and religious correspondence. Therapy, mental-health support, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, ordained counsel, formal confession, emergency support, and safety-critical guidance should come from the qualified people or services responsible for those forms of care.

5. Donations

Prayer-letter submission is free for verified accounts. Donations are optional and handled off-platform through PayPal. Divine Post does not store card data or donation records, and a donation does not buy priority, a guaranteed answer, or extra spiritual outcome.

6. Daily Quota and Access Limits

Verified accounts may send up to the configured number of prayer-letters per day. Abuse, scripted quota consumption, disposable-email use, or attempts to bypass limits may lead to account limits or removal.

7. Account Access

You create an account with email and password, then verify your email with a code sent by Divine Post. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for notifying the service if you suspect unauthorized use.

8. Acceptable Use

Use Divine Post for personal, good-faith prayer correspondence. Harassment, threats, illegal requests, abuse, self-harm crisis submissions, spam, scraping, scripted quota consumption, resale, attempts to bypass verification or limits, and content that creates safety risks may lead to account limits or cancellation.

9. Ownership and Processing License

You own your prayer-letter. You grant the service a limited license to host, process, transmit, read, pronounce before God, answer, secure, and maintain your prayer-letter solely for operating the service and complying with law.

10. Retention, Deletion, and Export

Prayer-letters and answers are retained for 90 days by default, then scheduled for deletion unless a longer period is legally required for security, abuse prevention, support, or compliance.

11. Sacred Expectations

Divine Post is offered as real intercessory connection with God: intercessors pronounce your prayer before God and recite God's answer back through the service. The answer is sacred correspondence rather than guaranteed blessing, guaranteed answered prayer, healing, prophecy, salvation, curse removal, diagnosis, relationship outcome, financial outcome, or divinely certain guidance.

12. Service Care

If something goes wrong with the religious service, please contact support so it can be reviewed. Because prayer-letter submission is free, support remedies focus on account help, correction, deletion, export, or operational review; legal limits vary by jurisdiction.

13. Governing Law

This launch copy is written for both EU and US audiences. The final governing-law, venue, and business-entity clauses should be completed once the operating entity and primary jurisdiction are fixed and reviewed by qualified counsel.

14. Changes

The service may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted clearly, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Divine Post is a free, donation-supported religious intercession service for sending prayers to God. Intercessors pronounce prayers before God and recite religious answers back through the service. Professional and emergency care belong with the people trained to provide them.
