Privacy for prayer to God
This Privacy Notice explains how Divine Post handles personal information, including faith-related personal information you choose to place in a prayer-letter to God.
Prayer-letters may contain sensitive faith-related personal information. We ask for clear permission before using that information for intercessors to pronounce the prayer before God and provide the religious correspondence.
Prayer-letters and answers are retained for 90 days by default, then scheduled for deletion unless a longer period is legally required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or compliance.
Email address, account credentials, payment status and Stripe identifiers, prayer-letters you submit, answers, support messages, consent records, and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
To provide the paid religious intercession service, create your account, process billing, pronounce prayer-letters before God, deliver answers, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, keep audit records, and comply with law.
Your prayer-letter may reveal faith-related personal information. We process that information with your permission and only for the purposes described here.
Prayer-letters are received by intercessors, pronounced before God, and answered through the service. Sensitive prayer-letter content should stay within the service unless the Privacy Notice is changed and any required consent is collected.
Stripe processes payments and may receive billing information. The service stores payment status and Stripe identifiers, not full card numbers.
Prayer-letters and answers are retained for 90 days by default, then scheduled for deletion unless a longer period is legally required for billing, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or compliance.
You may request deletion or export through account support. Some billing, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal records may need to be kept longer where required.
The implementation should encrypt sensitive prayer-letter and answer bodies at application level before database storage, restrict admin access, and log admin actions.
The service is written for EU and US visitors at launch. Cross-border handling, processor contracts, and final legal basis wording should be reviewed before production launch.
Use the account support channel or published contact email for privacy requests, deletion requests, export requests, and consent questions.
